Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and e-transfer. Payment is due on receipt of services. We are not able to process debit card transactions at this time.
Direct billing is available for most extended health care plans. Please check with your provider to see what your benefits cover.
RCMP, Canadian Armed Forces and Veteran's Affairs Canada members are covered for massage. Please let us know prior to booking that you will be wanting us to submit a claim on your behalf as pre-approval is required.

Cancellation Policy
Not calling to let us know you are running late or unable to keep your appointment time and simply not showing up is costly for everyone. You miss out, someone on the wait list misses out and this time is not recovered by the therapist.
Should you be running late just let us know. We will do our best to give you the full time you have booked but sometimes this is not possible. The original appointment fee will apply to late arrivals.
As this time has been reserved especially for you we kindly request that 24 hours notice be given to change or cancel your appointments. This allows us to offer this spot to someone else who would benefit from a treatment. Should you not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us 24 hrs in advance you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked. If this spot can be filled you will not be charged for the missed appointment. We understand that life happens and will grant one grace missed appointment per client. Our booking system does provide reminders but if you are unsure of upcoming appointments just give us a call and we'd be happy to provide that information.
